FutureTranz Leadership Team
Meet the people who set the FutureTranz standard for integrity and exceptional service.
FutureTranz opened its doors in 2005 and quickly became a leading cloud service and virtual desktop provider in our home state of Texas and beyond. These are the people that grew FutureTranz and upheld our commitment to respect, accountability, and personalized service along the way.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
FutureTranz was founded on May 23, 2005, by CEO Victor J. Quiñones, Jr., who began his first IT business, QuinServe Technologies, Inc., in December 1989. Initially launched as an ISO partnership with FirstData, FutureTranz rapidly became a leader in the payment processing industry, securely managing electronic payments for merchants. Over time, FutureTranz evolved into CRM software development specifically tailored for the automobile industry.
Today, FutureTranz proudly offers a comprehensive suite of IT services, encompassing managed IT services, cybersecurity, and its signature hosted desktop solution, the “Q.” The Q significantly reduces ongoing, costly IT capital expenditures associated with end-user computing, effectively serving companies of all sizes.
FutureTranz has established itself as a prominent leader in the managed IT services and cybersecurity fields, consistently achieving high levels of customer, partner, and employee satisfaction and delivering measurable results.
Mr. Quiñones, a technology entrepreneur with over 36 years of experience in executive leadership, serves on the advisory board for Dun & Bradstreet. The Houston Business Journal featured FutureTranz on its 2020 lists of Largest Houston-area Cybersecurity Companies, Largest Houston-area Minority-Owned Businesses, and Best Places to Work.

The IT industry is often impersonal. Many businesses never meet the people behind their technology. They purchase a contract for cloud services, and when something goes wrong, they call a service line that connects them to an outsourced call center. At the end of the month, these businesses receive a bill from their provider that could be the same amount as last month or hundreds more, depending on how you used your technology. With big-name cloud services providers, IT is a transaction and nothing more.
At FutureTranz, we bring a personal touch to the IT industry. Instead of simply selling predetermined service packages, we learn about your company, discuss your technology goals, and develop a completely custom contract that fits your current needs and budget. As time goes on, we check in to make sure you’re getting the most out of the Q—if not, we adjust accordingly.
When you need help, we don’t send you to a call center and route you through different people until you finally find someone who can solve your problem. One of our technicians answers the phone and addresses your issue within minutes—no exceptions.
We don’t care how much your flat monthly fee is or the role you play in your business; when you need help, we give it. Every FutureTranz employee offers the same level of extraordinary service to all customers.
IT should be personal—it’s an essential component of your business. If you know your insurance agent, accountant, and property manager, you should know your IT provider too. Get to know us and experience the difference between other managed IT companies and FutureTranz.
If you own a business that needs more from its managed IT solution, the FutureTranz team wants to hear from you. Get in touch to learn more about our revolutionary cloud computing technology and meet our dedicated service professionals.
